I like Yukari Umezawa. In my eyes, she's beautiful.

Actually, she's not an actress: Yukari Umezawa is a professional go player. At the end of each episode of the "Hikaru no Go" anime series, there is a short go teaching lesson, led by Yukari.

That's where I became fascinated by her.

Yukari Umezawa has a very Loving presence. She is gentle and considerate, yet firm and fearless in her Love. She is not afraid to strike when it's time to strike.

She is accepting, patient, and she has a high level of stamina.

I believe she is a person who is highly conscious of cultivating her presence.

It is quite an honor to witness something like that.

It would be interesting for me to know how much of her spiritual achievements she attributes to go. I suspect go helped her overcome many of her fears, at least.

It would be also interesting to know how Japanese society affected her: did it do more harm by the expected submissiveness do more harm, or did it do more good by leading to a greater understanding and application of 'amae'?

I hope she doesn't get bored of this world and that she continues to shine her Love on us!
