To put it bluntly: hell yes! Time management is one of the most important things in life.
Even though we don't like to think about it much, humans are mortal beings. We are born, and we die. Life is what happens between those two points in time.
That means time is precious commodity to each of us. We only have so much time before our human existence ends. Time is way too precious to waste it on things we don't really want in our lives.
That is where time management comes in. If you value your own time and know how you wish to live your life, make sure to actively manage your time.
Ultimately, if you let others manage your time for you, you end up living an unfulfilling illusion and not your own life - often a fate less attractive than death.
